Employee One – This mobile app offers multiple productivity-oriented features to boost employee experience and productivity.  Connects the Employee to the Workplace.

Infrastructure One – This mobile app provides unified dashboard view of various integrated facility systems, critical alarms and notifications. This can immensely help facility and Infrastructure managers to provide oversight – anywhere, anytime.

Employee launches Mobile App

Employee Scans the QR code on Screen / QR code Sticker pasted on wall within Citi premises

Lists down the various destination of the floor along with Fire Escape. Employee Chooses one of the them.

Points of Interest will be listed in alphabetical order, Employee can search the among the desired one.

Animated content will be played on mobile screen till employee exit the screen. The source of WAY will be place of QR code where it is scanned.

Employee launches Mobile App and VMS Module

As a host raise for Visitor Visit Request with scheduled date & time

Search the visitor who have already visited by Name / Mobile / Org.

Once Visit request is confirmed Visitor Request will be send to Host and Visitor will get QR code / PIN over email

Receives push notification once Visitor Checks In

Extends the visitor Time If needed

Check out the visitor once he completes visitor’s visit

Transfer Visitor to another host

Employee launches Mobile App & Space Mgmt. Module

Employee choose desired office / location

Employee selects desired date and time for seat to occupy

System searches and show list of seats available during the desired slot

Employee Choose one of the desired seat.

Employee Scan QR code on screen / seat to confirm the occupancy

Employee can extend his reservation based on availability of seat and need

Employee can checkout early if needs to go during slot period

Employee launches App and scans QR Code in meeting room

Choose appropriate period (date & time, duration) to deliver the food, for advance requests meeting room will be chosen from the list

Choose desired food items and quantity and add to the CART

a. Once the order is confirmed by end user, mobile app updates the order data to cloud server.
b. Orders will be downloaded instantly from cloud servers and shown on iPad / tablet in Pantry by mapping with order number, meeting room, employee CRES ID.

a. Pantry staff tracks the order and update the status
b. Prepares the orders and change the status accordingly.

Food will get delivered at specified date and time with quantity of food items requested for

Employee Logs into Mobile app and scan one of the nearest QR code.

Lists down various services, where user can provide feedback

User select service on service and provide feedback in range of 1 to 5 (1 is lowest rating and 5 is highest rating

Facility admins and respective stake holders can access the application and view the feedback provided in terms of dashboards and can view various reports as well
