Founder & CEO of Flamenco Tech, Bala Chitoor is an electronics engineer by education and a business leader by profession. An IoT and Smart Business enthusiast and evangelist, he nurtures innovation and fosters a thriving ecosystem.

Bala is a TiE Bangalore Charter Member and board member of Vacus Tech and Jamocha Tech.

Bala was previously co-founder at Network Solutions which was partly acquired by Intel and then by IBM. Bala also co-Founded Serviceberry Technologies which was acquired by Accion Labs, USA.

Bala has worked at Intel, Microland and IBM and has a B.Tech degree from University of Kerala.

Ritesh is a business and technology specialist in Smart Workplaces - IoT and UC space and has spent more than 20 years across technology value chain spanning Technology Pre-Sales, Enterprise Sales, R&D and Professional Services. He is responsible for driving sales and solution design/pre-sales functions at Flamenco Tech.

He is a Bell Labs alumni and led the initial incubation, setup and expansion of current Avaya R&D Center at Pune (now 1700+ people). He served on the board of directors at Avaya India for 4 years.

Ritesh was part of Avaya Global Connect (a listed firm) Executive Management team, which turned its performance around and dramatically improved profits, cash-flows, revenue and market valuation in the span of six quarters.

Ritesh is passionate about creating technology solutions with business context to make meaningful impact on customer P&L. He has got strong customer engagement experience at CXO levels across India and APAC region.

Lakki is a seasoned IT professional with more than 25 years of leadership experience in Digital technology transformation, implementation, maintenance programs for Global clients across across Europe, US, and APAC.

The experience includes blend of large-scale IT organizations like the IBM India and Cognizant Technology Solutions, hyper growth phase of Wipro technologies and GTP Infocom, a startup organization. At IBM as a TSM (Technology Solution Manager), he had successfully developed large scale solutions across the IT stacks for IBM GTS Business.

He has led Global Professional services and managed services functions across Cloud, Application, Automation, Analytics, Workplace and Network Services.

Having worked across the IT stacks Lakki brings in depth capability around pre-sales, delivery, solution, and transformation functions.

In his most recent role at Cognizant as a Senior Director he has led Global teams in transforming client IT infrastructure through large scale Automation that resulted in better qualify of delivery to the customer.

Seshadri (Sesh) has more than 22 years of experience in Product development and Solution Architecture. He has been with Future IP group for the last 10 years.

Currently as the Head of Platform Engineering, he brings in strong expertise in Platform Architecture, Product Build, performance and scalability for Digital Blanket^® platform suite of products and solutions.

In the past Sesh has led product development at Nokia Siemens Networks, Aspect Software, Network Solutions.

He has worked with TCS played a key role in technology initiatives to drive customer success.

Seshadri holds a Master degree in Computer Applications from Bharathidasan University and is passionate about photography.

Mayuresh is a Mechanical Engineer from Mumbai University and has spent a better part of the last 11 years as a B2B Sales Manager across different organizations. He started his career as a Sales Engineer with CosBen Equipment Private Limited with a focus on creating and nurturing new markets for Industrial Material Handling Equipment. Earlier, he had also spent a brief stint as a Lecturer for a Diploma Engineering Institute.

Mayuresh was the Key Account Manager with Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. and successfully gained experience in maximizing sales revenue through Relationship Management & Customer Retention across various client segments. Mayuresh has been associated with Flamenco Tech India Pvt. Ltd. since 2017, working as a Business Manager, handling West India Market and eventually transitioning into the Global Key Account Manager. Mayuresh has successfully driven large revenue growth for Flamenco Tech as a part of his role for the company. His core competencies lie in driving meaningful outcomes for our clients in the Connected Real Estate segment.

In his spare time, Mayuresh likes to work on his photography skills. Mayuresh is also passionate about cooking, travelling & learning about history & culture through his travel.

Pruthvi has more than 12 years of experience in handling key responsibilities across product management, market development, business development and client relationship management.

She has in-depth knowledge of the Connected Business & IoT domains. Her key skills include building a strong go-to-market strategy, adding additional revenue lines by developing a service offering around the product, account farming and business development for the enterprise segment.

With an entrepreneurial mindset she taps into newer growth opportunities, analyse business performance, and assesses partnership opportunities for product management and business expansion.

Prior to joining Flamenco Tech, Pruthvi worked for ProHance (Future IP Company) since its inception and helped in various roles from business development culminating in creating and managing the customer success team. Pruthvi managed both enterprise as well as small & medium business clients and contributed to the overall revenue through expansions.

She has done her Masters in Biochemistry from Bangalore University.

A highly experienced delivery focused individual with 11+ years of overall work experience covering engineering, IT services and Industrial IoT based solutions for multiple manufacturing industries including Process, Aerospace, Defense and Discrete industries having worked with multi-cultural teams based out of INDIA, Finland, United Kingdom, Germany, South Korea and United States.

An Industrial IoT enthusiast with specialization in data on boarding of shop floor data from all conventional sources (PLCs, ERP, Historian etc.) to Industrial IoT platforms with knowledge and expertise on architecting of Digital Manufacturing solutions design for organizations which involved geographically dispersed manufacturing units.

Co-architected and deployed a large production grade Industrial IoT implementation for a global Aluminum major spread across 5 sites and a Central Command Center with business value generated in key areas of energy, asset utilization, quality and sales reduction.

An advocate for consumerization of shop floor data and gamification of the shop floor experience using IIoT, Data and Analytics, AR/VR based Technologies.

Dhanraj (DC) has 7+ years’ experience as Subject Matter Expert in IoT Edge & Sensor embedded engineering solutions for Smart building, Smart Home & factory systems. He has Deep tech capability around Smart Sensors and Wireless sensor networks.

As a Technology leader, DC’s core passion is on building Smart Sensors for the Global markets which are of Industrial grade & are cyber secure. His core functional expertise includes hardware R&D across large wireless sensor networks, home & building automation, hardware product development lifecycle, & manufacturing of IoT sensors.

He is responsible for innovating IoT/Edge hardware solutions at Flamenco Tech. DC is passionate about building Smart devices & Edge computing products using cutting-edge technologies. Dhanraj was the Founding member of Hardware Division at Flamenco Tech and Architect for Flamenco Tech Sensor Network platform.

K S Ganesan (KSG), is a Visionary Digital Transformation Technology leader. KSG has been member of Global Executive teams at Cognizant. He has been CTO for Cloud & Infrastructure Business and Global Technology Leader & Automation Head for Cognizant . He was part of the Executive leadership teams playing the role of Chief Architect and CTO while at IBM and Microland respectively. KSG is a member of Harvard Business Review (HBR) Advisory Council and was an active member of a Nasscom workgroup in building Cloud Computing competency standards.

He helps engineer Digital Platforms for scale to drive business impact. He has built Technology teams and delivered Global transformation programs across industries using Cloud / AI / PaaS / IoT / Software platforms. As the Principal Partner & Advisor he leads the Connected Business strategy & transformation vision of FlamencoTech.

He is a motivational leader who inspires actions through his story telling capability across global cultural & diverse teams. He has deep relationships with the Gig economy ecosystem that can be leveraged for scale. KSG has the ability to blend evangelism with a strategic insight and operational detail. His leadership style is collaborative, decisive, goal oriented, result- driven, and is grounded on execution aspects with a deep grasp of Digital technologies.
