Our Mission & Entrepreneurship Story:

Our entrepreneurship journey started with establishing Netsol in 1993, a company that focussed on converged solutions for data, voice and video, wireless technology solutions, WAN & LAN implementations and infrastructure management. Netsol’s focus Networking expertise, solutions and services attracted Intel Capital to acquire Netsol's consulting and software divisions during 2001. Post the Intel acquisition Netsol continued to consolidate its Platform and Services offerings. NetSol built Platform /IPs to support Network Management, System Management and Application Management.

In 2005, Netsol was acquired fully by IBM. IBM consolidated its position in the Indian domestic services market by strengthening its capabilities in infrastructure services & solutions in mid-market enterprise segment with platforms built by Netsol. The founders of Netsol exited successfully and transitioned the business into IBM providing, value for all stakeholders.

In 2008 Netsol Founders Sudhir Sarma and Bala started FutureIP Labs, as an investment vehicle for a group of customer-centric companies that provide innovative technology to new-age business challenges. The portfolio consisted of multiple companies that work independently or collaboratively to address specific customer needs.
